BBS is the number one business training university by size in Hungary, with nearly 18,000 students in Economics; including Tourism and Catering, International Economy and Business, Commerce and Marketing, Finance and Accountancy, Business Administration and Management and Business Information Technology and Human Resources.
About the project
CollabIT and BBS joined forces to create a university course that enables the participants to acquire the necessary hands-on knowledge and skills to become low-code developers.
Challenge
- Universities and training centres are required to provide up-to-date knowledge that meets actual market needs meanwhile enabling a practice-oriented way of learning.
- Overcoming low or no initial IT knowledge of participants.
- Fitting all necessary knowledge into one semester.
- Unlocking the problem-solving ability and creativity of students.
Solution
Creating a unique, 14-week-long course with a focus on Microsoft’s Power Platform technology, that is becoming a leader within the low-code no-code development platforms. The course has evolved from a tool geared toward citizen developers to enable fusion team activities between business and IT users.
