About the project
Ricoh Europe decided to redevelop some of its critical IT solutions that previously were running on Lotus Notes using SharePoint Online and custom-develop multiple workflow solutions for the HR area.
Challenge
- Redeveloping existing key IT systems from a heritage technology to a low-code no-code platform.
- Keeping the existing system capabilities meanwhile ensuring a more modern user interface and a better user experience.
Solution
Creating a unique, user-friendly design that is responsible for the satisfaction of the colleagues having access to the relevant new HR systems and the reworked old ones using Microsoft’s low-code no-code platform, the Power Platform.
